So, we thought we’d share with you the most common questions we receive that you may find helpful.

After your order has been placed with us, we’ll get to it and send it via 2nd class with Royal Mail. If you have ordered fresh flowers from us, these will be by collection or local delivery only.

C & K Hampers cannot guarantee all orders will be delivered directly to the person named on the order, especially if going to large businesses or hospitals.

If you experience any problems with orders not arriving, or you think you have made a mistake with address information, you must contact us ASAP. Orders sent for delivery may not be eligible for refund.

All products are lovingly gift-wrapped in cellophane with a bow, bubble wrapped, and then placed with a boxed air cushion where needed for that extra protection.
Of course you can! We will gladly accept your personalised messages if requested.
C & K Hampers will consider cancellations within 48 hours of order confirmation, provided it has not yet been posted.

Unfortunately, all personalised gifts are not eligible for cancellation if they have already been made or have been sent for posting.

If you are not happy with your purchase, refunds will only be given on return postage if goods are faulty or damaged on arrival. We will need to be informed within 24 hours of order confirmation, and items will need to be returned in original packaging/postage. A reason for return must be included.

We will consider refunds on personalised gifts if there is mistake on our part, unless we have to amend a personalisation due to incorrect data given on orders.

All our lovely fresh flowers and delicious confectioneries/foods are perishable goods and are non-refundable.

Please note: all confectionery hampers may contain traces of nuts. Refer to ingredients on individual packaging/wrapper. If an individual item in hamper is out of stock or unavailable, we will replace it with a similar item of the same value.

Images are for reference only and gifts may vary in reality. We will always do our best to inform customers of any changes, but do not guarantee this especially at our busiest times of the year.

Wedding flower orders under the value of £50 should be paid for at the time of ordering. A 30% non-refundable deposit will be accepted on all orders over £50 with the balance to be paid 7 days before posting.

Finally – we’re a busy bunch! Please allow extra time especially for personalised gifts at busy times of the year like Mother’s Day and Christmas.
